  • Proven Successful CEO with finance background and international cultural profile, with more than 20 years’ experience in various industries: pharma retail&distribution, production, FMCG, real estate, oil&gas, leading complex businesses of over USD 400 Million, and over 2500 employees.
  • Expertise in building successful joint-ventures and M&A transactions, bringing contribution in large investment, turn around and complex reorganisations projects.
  • Multicultural Leader with International exposure in managing and developing business across the word, raising capital for large investment.

Leonard Ungureanu

  • Accomplished Commercial Leader in the commercial field, with an impressive track record of success: creating and implementing successful commercial strategies according to companies’ goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth, developing distribution channels and dealers’ networks, growing performing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Business Developer for the Worldwide Most Recognized Brands, with more than 20 years of experience in automotive, he has been performing in key roles (General Manager, Executive Manager, Commercial Director) for important names in the auto field - both car importers and dealers. He has been leading premium brands, like Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover and Jaguar, but also volume brands, like Ford, Hyundai and Mitsubishi, with proven results.
  • Multi Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience also in the FMCG and production area, being in charge commercial strategies for international dairy and soft beverages companies.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, being actively involved in the development of a greenfield business- young used cars sales company.
